A message from our Medical Director, Dr Saira Vasdev

To all our wonderful Skin & Sanctuary patients,

It's Saira here.  I know that I have had the pleasure of meeting and treating a very many of you reading this today.  For those of you that have not yet met me directly or have been looked after by another member of the S&S team, I am the Medical Director and Co-Founder of Skin & Sanctuary.  I look after the overall health, safety and wellbeing of our patients as well as providing direct care on the shop floor.  I also support my colleagues with their education and development to ensure that we all consistently provide a level of outstanding care to our patients.  I'm also known to be somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to our results and the overall patient experience.  

Firstly I wanted to thank you for your ongoing patience while we transition to our new location (and permanent home) in Spitalfields.  It's been quite the journey so far and as life goes we have stumbled across a few hurdles as we move towards our next chapter.  As a self proclaimed perfectionist, this has been really challenging to me personally as my bottom line is to help people through a strategy of clear and seamless treatment planning, and considerate care at the point of delivery and beyond.  If any of you have experienced any disruption to your treatment plans over the last few weeks, I sincerely apologise.

I'd like to update you on some of the positive things that have been going on behind the scenes.  We have been using this time to keep up to date with the latest in the industry by attending training workshops, conferences and special events.  This means more knowledge, better skills and leveling up with the most exciting and innovative evidence based treatments - hand picked to better suit your needs.  I can't wait to share what we have been working on.  Once we open the doors to our new clinic, you can expect to find us on top form with a fabulous new menu and the most cutting edge of technology.  With all the same warmth, feel and personal touch that you have come to expect from us here at S&S.

Thank you for all the loyalty and support that you have shown us.  Each and every message we have received has touched our hearts and energised us to keep going and keep growing.
