Skin and Sanctuary are looking for a Super Receptionist
East London’s ‘cult’ Aesthetic Clinic is moving to Shoreditch and is looking for a receptionist to join the journey.
The responsibility will be to ensure that all patients receive an excellent, the finest, standard of customer service, and that every patient journey is a positive experience from start to finish.
The position will involve meeting and greeting our patients, booking treatments, taking payments, administration, and diary management. Also leading and helping the team with the general running of the clinic and product orders.
Skills and experience required.
We are looking for someone who is kind, friendly, polite, and professional when dealing with patients (and/or with anyone) and has an understanding and passion for the benefits of non-invasive cosmetic treatments,
Your experience must demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service, an understanding of the importance of skin health, drive, positivity as well as an ability to take your own initiative whilst working in a team.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience working on the front desk of a cosmetic/aesthetic practice or healthcare organisation.
Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with an electronic practice management system (such as Pabau or Zenoti) will be an advantage but not essential.
Schedule:
4 days a week, Wednesday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm
Salary: £28 000.00-£32,000.00 per year depending on experience
