Thank you. Skin and Sanctuary is 5 years old.

Happy 5th Birthday to Us x

Thank you. Truly. Without your visit our “hidden’ clinic would not be here. I cannot completely express just how much your trust and support means.

And now the apology. Skin and Sanctuary’s mission from the outset is to empower people to lead a more beautiful life by providing natural results through safe, exceptional non-surgical cosmetic treatments alongside the finest personal service - and as it’s Managing Director I am vey aware that though we have the most exceptional team there are still things that we can improve on. I’ll be coming back to you with a request for help with this shortly.

However, as I calm down after the wonderful evening at Gloria’s in Shoredtich (there is little need to leave Hackney) I am making a personal commitment to you to returning to the ethos on which Skin and Sanctuary was created. The want to provide the very best in facial aesthetic services in a warm, open, transparent - East London type of way.

As such, I will start by admitting that the last few years have not been easy. Like so many we were hit by the pandemic, not only because of the uncertainty and closures but also by the most personal of losses. I lost my wonderful parents who gifted me a world full of opportunities and the optimism to give the craziness of starting a business a try. It has been a challenge to function without their presence. But in the midst of our five year celebrations I recall their love for life (and each other) and is something I am committed to returning to.

So thank you again. And thank you also to the amazing team that have so passionately joined us on this journey. From the super Fatma Gunduz who took a leap of faith in moving across from West London when all we had to show her was a building site, to our newest member, Freya Moore, who’s skill astonishes us. Saira, Eloise, Rachel, Vy, Amy, You-jin and Melodie, I know that without you none of this would be possible.
