Healthy Laddoos for Diwali - Light, Joy, and a Little Sweetness

I love laddoos.

It’s quite a statement, but a true one. I go around claiming I don’t have a sweet tooth - but put a laddoo in front of me and I’m reaching for my chai.

So when Swati said she’d share her healthier versions, I wasn’t sure I’d actually want to pass them on. But I should have known better. Swati is an amazing cook. And these are delicious - every bit as indulgent, just without a spoon of the white processed stuff in sight.

With all that’s taking place around us, it feels difficult writing anything at all, let alone celebrating. I’m not religious, but I think right now we could all use a little more light. A little more connection.

So this Diwali, we’d love for you to join us in holding the season’s festivals close - regardless of culture, colour or faith - as one community sharing hope and joy together.

We’re celebrating at the clinic with small moments of brightness: new launches, thoughtful facials, and these laddoos - a simple start, and a reminder that sweetness can be both comforting and kind.

Thank you Swati. They truly are delicious.

With love

Sonia
